I simply can't believe the lack of attention to detail at this hotel, especially when the toilet in our room was broken despite multiple requests. And don’t even get me started on the 'charming' back entrance that one must use after 7pm, a greeeaaaat experience with my luggage. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Nice stay! The location was super calm, perfect for walks. Breakfast was a hit. loved the variety and quality. The staff were really friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Just wish the lift was available longer, though, navigating the stairs after 7pm wasn't ideal.
